Shubhashish Homes began in 2018 with 36 premium villas in Jaipur. In 2020, Shubhashish Geeta Phase-I set new standards with 57 luxury villas. Phase-II, launched in 2021, was delivered 10 months ahead of schedule. In 2022, Phase-III and IV introduced a grand central park and modern amenities. The year 2023 witnessed the early handover of Phase-II and the launch of Shubhashish Prakash, our most luxurious offering. In 2024, Phase-II of Prakash was unveiled. The year 2025 marked the debut of Shubhashish Marina, exclusive waterfront residences, and Shubhashish Forest, luxurious triplex villas with pre-installed lifts, solar power, and covered car parking. Further expanding our legacy, Shubhashish Prakash – Success Vista (July 2025), Shubhashish Marina – Aqua Vida (Crest B, August 2025), and Shubhashish Forest – Forest Trails (September 2025) were introduced—each receiving an overwhelming response from our valued customers. In January 2026, we proudly launched the final phases of our landmark developments—Shubhashish Forest – Central Greens and Shubhashish Marina – Sky Vida, further elevating nature-inspired and waterfront living in Jaipur.
